Vitamins for Life

Getting more energy into your daily routine is such an important factor on the quality of life you are living. Especially if you are overweight, stressed or depressed as well.

I’m going to review some of the best vitamins you can take in order to give your energy a boost which isn’t going to make you crash like energy drinks or pills can.

Vitamin B-1, B-6 and B-12 (also called thiamine) is essential for energy production. It is also a big help for speeding up the digestive process for fats, carbohydrates, proteins and even alcohol.

B12 has even been linked with helping your body’s cells be more efficient on the cellular level, enabling your cells to work more efficiently and leaving you with left over energy.

Another great vitamin is vitamin C. It encourages cellular repair while you are sleeping or resting and also helps in the process of converting energy in the body as it is a part of the process which transports fats to the mitochondria, which then turns those fats into energy.

Magnesium is also extremely important to your energy levels. It is necessary for ATP production which is the main energy producing powerhouse in the body. When magnesium levels fall to low, it results in cells which are able to produce less energy, resulting in fatigue.

I think it is important for everyone to have some type of Magnesium and Boron supplement in their diet because it is one of the most common deficiencies in the western world.

Although it is not exactly a vitamin, ginseng is another very important supplement you can take to increase your energy and increase your overall wellness. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicines for over 3,000 years and has a large variety of documented health benefits in addition to energy such as boosting the immune system.

One of the best ways to ensure you are meeting your daily need of required vitamins is to take a good multi-vitamin.

Try checking out your local health foods store to see if you have a knowledgeable person behind the desk who can help you determine what multi-vitamin would best suit your needs.

I do not recommend you using a local supermarket as your vitamin supplier as they usually offer lower quality products and you have no way of knowing what is actually inside their vitamins as they are not regulated by the FDA.

My last recommendation is to check out the High Energy for Life program by Dr. Mark Stengler who is a world renown Natural Medical Doctor specializing in homeopathic remedies.
